Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (United States)
Standard shipping: 7–15 business days after processing.

Our products are shipped from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, which allows us to keep prices fair without compromising quality. We'd rather be upfront about timing than promise you something we can't deliver.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your package ships, you'll get a link by email. Tracking information can take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.

Delays
Occasionally, customs processing or carrier delays can extend delivery times beyond our estimate. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, email us at support@nuvorotech.com and we'll make it right.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always try to help.
